Association of Single Mothers Isadora Duncan, within the Program Day Center for Women Immigrants is organizing a Conference on Gender Violence and Women Immigrants, with the objective to present the reality of women immigrants facing gender violence in Europe, analyzing its situation of vulnerability and promoting

We will count on the presence of professionals and people in charge of different NGO´S; these include people from Spain as well as France. The Conference will be celebrated in León the 13th and 14th of December at assembly hall of the MUSAC (Museum of Contemporary Art of Castilla y León). The conference will be directed to the immigrant population and to the Spanish population in general. It will also be possible to attend them through the Internet; both the network and the physical access will be completely free. Nevertheless if you would like to attend we would appreciate if you registered to prove its social relevance and so that we are able to suitably distribute the necessary resources for its accomplishment.
