Emotions are present in every aspect of a person’s life. This is why it is so important to know how to identify, manage, and handle them in order to achieve good emotional health. Isadora Duncan Single-Parent Families Foundation is organizing an emotional management workshop where topics such as self-management, emotional intelligence, self-esteem, and self-awareness will be discussed.

This emotional management workshop is aimed at immigrant women. Its objective is to address the emotional conflicts involved in migration grief and the various situations of violence that women face or are at risk of facing. The workshop will take place in a safe space for self-care and socialization among women, aiming to foster the creation of bonds and support networks.

When and where will the activity take place?

On Thursday, October 10, 2024, in the afternoon from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM, at the headquarters of the Isadora Duncan Single-Parent Families Foundation.
