The Isadora Duncan Foundation signed a collaboration agreement with the University of Washington in Seattle

On May 2nd, a collaboration agreement was signed between the University of Washington and the Isadora Duncan Foundation, allowing students from this university who are studying in the city of León to volunteer at the Isadora Duncan Foundation. The agreement was signed at the University of Washington’s headquarters in León, and it was attended by Anthony L. Geist, Executive Director of UW León Center Spanish and Portuguese Studies; Sabrina Spannagel Bradley, Associate Teaching Professor of Spanish and Portuguese Studies; María García Álvarez, President of the Isadora Duncan Foundation; and Yolanda Arias from the HR department of the Isadora Duncan Foundation.

Thanks to this collaboration agreement, four students from this university located in Seattle are already volunteering at the Isadora Duncan Foundation in the current academic year. This collaboration adds to the longstanding partnership between the Isadora Duncan Foundation and Fegulem, from the University of León, through which students from various American campuses such as Humboldt or Harvard volunteer at our foundation throughout the summer months. We want to thank the University of Washington for signing this collaboration agreement, which we hope will be long-lasting and beneficial for both parties.
