Film forum on gender-based violence for immigrant women

Cinefórum sobre violencia de géneroAt the Isadora Duncan Foundation, we propose a film forum aimed at immigrant women, where we will screen a documentary on gender-based violence. Gender-based violence is one of the clearest manifestations of inequality between men and women, where men exert power over women simply because they are women.

Gender-based violence against migrant women takes many forms throughout the different stages of the migration process. With this activity, we aim to create a space for discussion and reflection on the complex reality of gender-based violence. The main goal is to provide tools to raise awareness, detect, and prevent it, as well as to combat it.

When and where will the film forum on gender-based violence for immigrant women take place?
